Terryn Westbrook grew up a military brat, living all over the world from Japan to Mississippi. After studying theater and electronic music at University of South Florida and Middlesex University in London, Terryn headed to Los Angeles where she began popping up in music videos, print ads and commercials, all the while moonlighting as a club d.j. and vocalist for various electronic music acts, including Photocall and Reverse Commuter.
A chance encounter with David Lynch led to a role in what would be his final feature film, Inland Empire. Since then, Terryn has gone on to appear on numerous hit television shows such as The Morning Show, House, The Middle, Weeds, Gilmore Girls, How I Met Your Mother and NCIS, independent films Hollywood Fringe, Congratulations, Sleep Stalker and Four Boxes and over 100 national commercials and ad campaigns.
Most recent television credits include guest starring roles on Matlock, Young Sheldon, United States of Al, 9-1-1, and recurring roles on This is Us, Bosch Legacy and the Netflix binger YOU.

Terryn lives in Eagle Rock with her musician husband and 12 year old son.
In 2026, Terryn will be returning to Occidental College as a visiting instructor in the Theater and Performance Studies department.
